Hi, I'm Liz. Lizelle Couture is my small, mom-owned online boutique. I pick out women's jewelry, beauty products, clothing and gifts that I think are pretty, easy to wear every day and fairly priced.

How your order gets to you

I'm a small shop, so I work with fulfillment partners who pack and ship orders from their warehouses. Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. In the United States, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after shipping. Orders of $30 or more ship free in the US; smaller orders ship for a flat $4.50.

Honest descriptions

I try to describe every product accurately, including sizing and materials. All of my jewelry is fashion jewelry, not fine jewelry. I describe metal by its color (silver-tone or gold-tone) and name a base metal such as stainless steel, copper or alloy only when the supplier specifies it. I don't claim sterling silver, solid gold or genuine gemstones unless I can verify them. If you're unsure about anything, ask me before you buy.

If something goes wrong

You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, I'll give you a full refund. See the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for details.
